Once you click the button below, you’ll be prompted to fill out a short registration form, then taken to a new page to enter your payment information for the $400 non-refundable deposit required to register and secure your place. Once we receive your deposit, we’ll contact you directly to confirm your registration and go over the next steps.
Total trip cost: $7500 if registering before October 1, 2026; $7800 after October 1
additional fee for single occupancy accommodations; please email to inquire
Deposit: $400 due at registration, nonrefundable
Payment options:
Option 1: pay balance in full by 30 days after registration for $150 discount
Option 2: pay balance in installments, with first payment due 30 days after registration and final payment due by February 1, 2027. Installment schedules will be arranged after confirmation of your deposit.

Deposit: on the following page, you can pay the deposit using a credit or debit card (no fee). If you prefer to pay via Zelle, Venmo, or another method, please email to let us know and we’ll arrange it.
Balance: for the balance, whether in installments or in full, we accept payment through the website via credit card for a 3% transaction fee, or payment via ACH bank transfer, Venmo, or Zelle for no fee. We’ll discuss payment methods and schedule in more detail after we confirm your registration.
