Our second adult study abroad offering will take us to Sicily, where we’ll immerse ourselves in the settings of more of Shakespeare’s most beloved and important plays. Learn why this crossroads of Mediterranean culture—a place Shakespeare may have never even set foot—was the inspiration for so much of the playwright’s work, and why this charming island at the foot of the Italy remains, for different reasons, so important in the cultural imagination today.
